Shreveport Tree Preservation Credit Incentive

Property owners are encouraged to preserve mature trees in their landscape plans. Trees at least eight inches in diameter can receive one tree credit each, and these credits can cover up to 50% of the required trees. Each tree can only be credited once and must be shown and approved on the landscape plan. If any preserved trees are damaged or destroyed during construction, they must be replaced.
