Aberdeen Permitting for Stormwater and Land Development

Aberdeen’s Code of Ordinance, § 22-119 discusses permits requirements for city development. Exemptions include no person commencing any land disturbance activities which disturb an acre or more of land without first obtaining a city site development permit and a stormwater permit from the state environment and natural resources, stormwater division. § 22-122 covers permit review and approval, stating that the public works will review each application for a site development permit to determine its conformance with the provisions of this regulation.
