Anchorage Requirements for Residential Zoning Districts – Low-Density Residential, Alpine/Slope

This rule establishes requirements for residential zoning districts. This includes: P1 – The R-10 district (Low-density residential, alpine/slope district) is intended for use in those areas where natural physical features and environmental factors such as slopes, alpine and forest vegetation, soils, slope stability, and geologic hazards require unique and creative design for development.
