Anchorage Residential Design Standards

This rule establishes the requirements for residential development and construction. This includes: E, d(iv) – Developers should make every effort to design and arrange dwelling units in such a manner as to provide “eyes on the street,” take advantage of solar access, and to the extent feasible, provide privacy for neighboring units’ yards
