Arvada Tree and Shrub Biodiversity Requirement

The Arvada tree and shrub biodiversity requirement promotes biodiversity to prevent monocultures and reduce risks from disease or blight. The requirement limits the proportion of any single genus (30%) or species (20%) on a property, and requires at least 10% of trees to be evergreen.
