Auburn, Maine Shoreland Overlay District

The Auburn, Maine Shoreland Overlay District (SLO) is a zoning overlay that applies to all land areas within 250 feet horizontal distance of areas noted on the official shoreland zoning map for the site, and all land areas within 75 feet of the normal high-water line of a stream. Within these areas, building and building expansions are regulated, along with tree and vegetation removal and replacement.
