Avon Building Coverage Regulations

Avon allows for increases in building coverage of lots for the placement of pervious or replacement of existing impervious surfaces with permeable materials, for qualified green roofs on at least 50 percent of the entire existing structure and 100 percent of new structures, and for green energy production and cool roofs
