Barlett Tree and Landscaping Ordinance

This Bartlett ordinance establishes standards for tree planting and protection and landscape plans. Trees must be placed at least 10 feet from fire hydrants, utility poles, and driveways, with additional spacing for sidewalks and curbs. Landscaping is required for new developments and in parking areas and must include 35% green/open space on lots, irrigation for new buildings, and a 20-foot landscape screen between residential and non-residential areas.
