Belle Fourche Code for Tree Damage and Approval

§ 12.38.080 of Belle Fourche code states that a businesses involved in trimming, pruning or removal of trees pursuant to Chapter 5.12 of this Code shall obtain the required license. Additionally, repair of any damage to City owned property, including, but not limited to, streets, sidewalks, structures, water or sewer lines, caused while trimming, pruning or removal of trees, shall be the responsibility of the person doing the work. No trimming, pruning or removal of trees, bushes, shrubs and other woody vegetation on City-owned property shall be conducted without prior approval of the City.
