Biddeford, Maine Ordinance on Trees in Subdivisions

This Biddeford, Maine ordinance establishes that the City can require that a proposed subdivision include street trees, esplanades, and open spaces. Where necessary to provide shade, trees of no less than one inch caliper and four feet in height must be planted.
