Biloxi Ordinance Requiring Stormwater Management for New Developments

This Biloxi ordinance requires that stormwater management facilities serve the entire drainage area of a development site. The city may elect to participate in the cost of any stormwater management system that is required to serve a drainage basin greater than the development site.
