This ordinance mandates that applications for post-construction stormwater permits must include detailed stormwater management plans, as specified in Section 4-9-36, and other necessary forms and certifications prepared by certified professionals. Similarly, requests for termination of such permits must include record drawings in compliance with Section 4-9-38. The Director retains the authority to request additional plans or reports to assess potential flood, drainage, or pollution impacts of stormwater systems.
