Birmingham Urban Forestry and Tree Commission

The Urban Forestry and Tree Commission is established to preserve, protect, and enhance the city’s ecological and aesthetic environments through tree conservation and replenishment. Objectives include conserving healthy trees, replenishing the city’s tree stock, and preserving the unique identity of neighborhoods while improving the city’s natural beauty and streetscape.
