Boise Green Building Code Stormwater Provisions

In the Boise Green Building Code, an optional set of regulations, A Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and a Predesign Site Inventory and Assessment must be submitted and approved before construction begins, regardless of site size, in accordance with the IDEQ, IPDES Construction General Permit and Boise City Code. The SWPPP must remain compliant throughout all construction phases and include appendices detailing prohibited development areas, invasive and native plant species, and preservation of significant site features.
