Bowling Green Public Tree Ordinance

Chapter XXVI of the Bowling Green Code of Ordinances provides requirements and recommendations for public trees, including public tree planting, tree removal, and tree maintenance. . The Chapter prohibits tree topping, as well as the disturbance of any public tree without approval from the city.
