California Statute Streamlining Solar Permits

This California statute requires that every city and county must create an expedited, streamlined process for small residential rooftop solar energy systems. To do this, municipalities adopt a checklist of all requirements with which small rooftop solar energy systems must comply to be eligible for expedited review.
