Camas Landscape Tree and Vegetation Plan

This chapter establishes minimum landscaping buffering standards to screen incompatible land uses, minimize the visual impact of paved areas, provide shade, minimize erosion, and implement the city’s comprehensive plan goals of preserving natural beauty, protecting native landscapes, and maintaining mature tree cover. These standards apply to all development, including commercial, industrial, and governmental uses, land divisions, redevelopment, parking lots with over four spaces, and conditional uses. Conditional uses in residential zones follow commercial standards.”
