Cambridge Land Disturbance Regulations

Projects that disturb more than one acre of land, involve more than fifty thousand square feet of floor area, or have outdoor parking for 10 or more cars, among several other categories of projects, must comply with the Land Disturbance Regulations. Covered projects must meet a range of conditions, including that “The quality of stormwater leaving the site after development shall be better than the quality of stormwater leaving the site before development.” Art. IV, § 1(a).
