Cape Girardeau Ordinance Against Destruction of Public Trees

This Cape Girardeau ordinance establishes that no one can cut down, uproot, injure or destroy any public tree growing in or along any street, sidewalk, park, or public place, except to trim or prune the limbs and branches.
