Cape Girardeau Ordinance Encouraging Permeable Surfaces for New Parking Areas

This ordinance establishes that new parking areas can be paved with permeable/porous pavers or pavement and that the use of grass pavers, gravel, and turf is encouraged for use in overflow parking areas.
