Center Point Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMPs) Requirements & Stormwater Fees

Best management practices (BMPs) must be included in pre- and post-development measures, site plans, and schedules for implementation and maintenance. Specific design and performance standards require sediment basins, slope stabilization, hazardous substance containment, and pollutant prevention for MS4 systems. Water conservation measures and stormwater fees are also established.
