Central Point Standards to Encourage Sustainable Building Design Standards – Roofs

Establishment of building design standards for roofs. This standard encourages the use of sustainable design practices in consideration of the climate and ecology of the Central Point area. Commercial, Residential, and Mixed developments are encouraged to integrate roof terraces and gardens in their roof designs
