Charleston Adopt-a-Drain Program

Charleston’s Adopt-a-Drain program allows residents and organizations to “adopt” storm drains. Adopters monitor the drain on a weekly basis, clear any debris, and report their efforts to the city. The program is designed to protect drains from unwanted debris, pollutants or blockages.
