Charleston Rainproof

Charleston Rainproof is a project operated by the city which assists property owners in installing rain gardens and rain barrels. The city has partnered with Clemson University’s Extension Carolina Clear program to provide technical assistance to property owners, including training and funding for installing rain gardens.
