Charlottesville C-PACE Program

Charlotteville’s Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) Program is a financing program that enables owners of commercial, multi-family, and industrial properties to obtain low-cost, long-term financing for eligible clean energy, stormwater management, and resiliency improvements. These improvements include reflective and green roofs, green stormwater infrastructure, and solar systems.
