Chattanooga Ordinance Reducing Parking Minimums with Permeable Pavement

This Chattanooga ordinance states that where 50% or more of a total parking area is constructed of engineered permeable pavement, required parking spaces may be reduced by 10%. These projects must be approved by the City Stormwater Division and Public Works.
