Chattanooga Tree Ordinance

This Chattanooga ordinance establishes a nine-member tree committee to advise on urban forestry programs and assist in tree-related decisions for public and private property in the city. It also establishes a City Forester position to regulate planting, maintenance, and removal of public trees.
