Chesapeake Ordinance Establishing Requirements for Roof-Mounted Solar

This Chesapeake ordinance establishes that roof-mounted solar energy systems may be installed on the roof of residential properties as long as the solar energy system does not extend more than five feet above the highest point of the roof, or exceed the building’s height by 25%, whichever is less.
