Chesapeake Ordinance on Street Trees and Canopy Coverage in Planned Unit Developments

This Chesapeake ordinance establishes that, in planned unit developments, street trees will be planted 25 feet apart on public and private streets to create a continuous public edge. Median trees will be planted 30 feet apart in all medians. Also, a minimum of 20% tree canopy covered is required for all sections of developments.
