Chula Vista Ordinance Requiring Subdividers to Provide Street Trees

This Chula Vista ordinance establishes that street trees must be provided by the subdivider in all subdivisions. Trees must be planted within the street right-of-way, within a dedicated planting easement, or within a combination of both, having a combined width of 10 feet.
