Cincinnati Environmental Sustainability Report

Cincinnati assessed the progress of its three sustainability pillars: climate protection, ecosystem protection, and wet weather mitigation. The City saw improvements in its ecosystem protection targets and most of its climate targets (aside from waste management and its associated greenhouse has emissions), but its wet weather targets saw backslides thanks to climatic changes. Cincinnati identifies intensifying weather to be its primary environmental challenge going forward.
