Clark County Solar PV Permitted in Zoning

Sec. 30.03.08(B)(4) and (B)(5) permits small-scale solar photovoltaic PV systems as an accessory use in all zoning districts and permits large-scale electric generation in certain districts. Large-scale electric generation is restricted to renewable energy sources.
