Clarksburg Municipal Code to Establish Shade Tree Commission

This code establishes the Shade Tree Commission for the City of Clarksburg. The Commission shall have full authority over the planting and removal of all trees and plants located on City-owned property or within any City right-of-way in the Downtown Tree District.
