Clemson Green Infrastructure and Porosity Requirements for Subdivisions

Subdivision plans, both minor (creating 4 or fewer lots) and major (creating 5 or more lots), are required to include “Green Infrastructure/Low Impact Development” in their water courses and stormwater facilities, as well as calculations of impervious area coverage.
