Clemson Porosity Requirements for Extra Parking Spaces

Under Clemson’s zoning code, if the actual number of parking spaces on a property exceeds the required amount by 20%, excess spaces and abutting vehicular use areas must consist of “alternative surfaces, including grass pavers, porous concrete, and other similar materials, subject to approval by the City Engineer.”
