Cohoes Design Standards for Off-Street Parking Spaces

This Cohoes Ordinance requires permeable surfaces (permeable pavers, porous asphalt, porous concrete, grass-crete or gravelcrete, structural grass or similar materials) for excess off-street parking spaces unless site or soil conditions or future use of the area as stormwater hot spot, as defined in the New York State Stormwater Management Design Manual, preclude the use of pervious materials.
