College Park Tree Protection Code

College Park encourages City residents to use best management practices when installing, removing, and maintaining trees. College Park requires residents to obtain a permit before removing a tree within the City’s urban forest. Property owners must plant a replacement tree or pay a fee to the Urban Tree Protection Fund for each tree removal.
