Columbia Ordinance Incentivizing Building Orientation for Solar Utilization

This Columbia ordinance establishes that subdivisions in R-1 and R-2 districts created on blocks where the longer dimension is oriented to increase potential solar gain receive density bonuses, allowing a 10% increase in the maximum number of single and two-family lots on the parcel.
