Commerce City Building Development Guidelines

The Commerce City building development guidelines requires new buildings to align with Low-Impact Development (LID) goals, which address how stormwater runoff enters, is retained, and exits a site. LID practices aim to reduce impervious surfaces, preserve and enhance native vegetation and soils, and manage stormwater at its source.
