Corvallis Standards for Landscaping

This rule prescribes standards for vegetative landscaping, street trees, and buffer plantings among others in association with site development.
· §4.2.30 – Required Tree Plantings and Maintenance. Tree plantings in accordance with Chapter 4.2 are required for all landscape areas, including but not limited to parking lots for four or more cars, public street frontages, private streets, multi-use paths, sidewalks that are not located along streets, alleys, and private drives more than 150 ft. long.
