Dallas Open Space Lots Pervious requirements

The code defines an “Open Space Lot” as “[a] development type located and designed to accommodate civic open space or natural area worthy of preservation,” gives several examples of types of open space lot—including, for example, a green, a landscaped median, and a community garden—and provides impervious area maximum for most types.
