DC Department of Transportation Green Infrastructure Standards

These Green Infrastructure Standards are required for all District Department of Transportation contracts awarded by the DC Mayor, the DC City Council, and/or Contracting Officer. Outlines project design requirements for soil erosion and sediment control, stormwater management, drainage, tree spacing, and landscaping/vegetation planting. Also provides options for green infrastructure use (i.e.. permeable pavement and bioretention strategies) and plant lists for use in public spaces.
