DC Management of Sustainable Energy Programs

Subchapter of DC’s municipal code which outlines the establishment of several sustainable energy programs, including the Solar for All program, Breathe Easy program, and the discount program for low-income electricity consumers. It also outlines several incentives and funds, such as the Energy Assistance Trust Fund and the Renewable Energy Incentive Program. This chapter additionally establishes the Sustainable Energy Utility Advisory Board.
