DC Stormwater Control Standards

Outlines stormwater control requirements for new construction and building improvements. Includes private and public spaces such as buildings, sidewalks, streets, lawns, etc. Requires stormwater management through reductions in the volume of stormwater run-off via on-site retention through DDOE-approved practices, including those that incorporate one or more of the following: infiltration, evapotranspiration, and beneficial reuse.
