Decatur Stormwater Management & Best Management Practices (BMPs)

This regulation requires the adoption of structural and nonstructural Best Management Practices (BMPs) to prevent stormwater pollution and contamination of the storm drain system and watercourses. Commercial and industrial establishments must implement and finance BMPs to prevent accidental discharges of prohibited materials.
