Denver Vegetative Area Policy

The Denver vegetative area policy recommends that at least 20% of a site be maintained or developed as vegetated space. This can include green infrastructure elements such as bioretention facilities, rain gardens, grass swales, constructed wetlands, and landscaped open spaces.
