Detroit Green Stormwater Infrastructure Plan

The city of Detroit has a Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) Plan. The Detroit Water and Sewage Department is responsible for the GSI plan and will invest $50 million by 2029. Projects include bioretention, bioswales, permeable pavement, and tree plantings.
