Dover Design Standards for Planned Neighborhoods

This section establishes standards for planned neighborhoods in Dover. This includes: 24.62 – The planned neighborhood design development shall be designed and scheduled so as to minimize earthmoving, erosion, tree clearance and other disruption of the natural environment. Existing vegetation shall be preserved wherever possible
