Downtown Rogers Development Code

This rule establishes guidance for the Downtown Rogers Development Code that seeks to guide redevelopment in the Downtown Rogers area by building on the success of the historic core to implement the vision for a more walkable, vibrant, mixed use neighborhood. This includes: 4.1(d) Measuring Heights – (i) Chimneys, vents, elevator and stair enclosures, screened HVAC equipment, other mechanical enclosures, tanks, solar energy systems and similar elements are exempt from the height limit
