Dundee Minimum Requirements for Landscape Area

This rule establishes a minimum landscape area requirement for multi-family developments within Dundee. A minimum of 25% of the gross land area must be devoted to landscaping in multifamily developments. This may include Interior courtyards, atriums, solar greenhouses, walkways, outdoor recreation areas (e.g. pools and playgrounds), and roof gardens.
